The agreement

These terms govern your use of fatiguefighter.com and your purchase of Fatigue Fighter products (“we,” “us”). By ordering, you agree to them.

The product

Fatigue Fighter is a food product that supports alertness and hydration. It is not a substitute for sleep and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Use while parked, pre-trip, or on a break — never while operating a vehicle. Contains honey: not for children under 1 year. Contains caffeine (40mg per pouch).

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown at checkout in USD and may change; the price you pay is the price displayed when you order. We may refuse or cancel orders where fraud or error is suspected, with a full refund.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew monthly at the subscriber price until you pause or cancel in your Subscriber Portal. Renewal reminders are sent before each charge. See Cancellations and Returns & Refunds for the mechanics.

Intellectual property

The Fatigue Fighter name, logo, packaging, and site content are our property. Don’t reuse them without written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
