The First-Box Guarantee

If your first box isn’t what you hoped, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund it in full — even if you’ve used pouches. One guarantee claim per customer.

Standard returns

Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email support@fatiguefighter.com to get a prepaid label; refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.

What we can’t take back

Because Fatigue Fighter is a food product, opened boxes outside the First-Box Guarantee aren’t returnable. Damaged or incorrect deliveries are always replaced free — see our Shipping Policy.

Subscription orders

Refund requests for a subscription renewal you didn’t mean to receive are honored if the box is unopened and you contact us within 14 days of delivery. To stop future renewals, use your Subscriber Portal — see Cancellations.
