Cancel anytime. Really.

Subscriptions renew monthly, and you own the schedule. Skip a month, change your order size, pause, or cancel outright from your Subscriber Portal in two clicks. No cancellation fees, no lock-in, no phone tree.

Timing

Changes take effect immediately as long as they’re made before your next renewal processes. You’ll get a reminder email 3 days before each renewal so nothing sneaks up on you. A renewal that has already shipped can’t be canceled, but it’s covered by our return policy.

Pausing vs. canceling

Pausing keeps your subscriber pricing. Canceling ends the subscription entirely, and you can restart anytime at current pricing.
